Parent Consultation
& Support
-
Guidance for parents navigating stress, anxiety, or behavioral challenges with their child or teen. These sessions help you better understand what’s happening and how to respond in a way that supports connection and reduces escalation.
When working with teens, I also offer parent consultations to support the larger system around them.
These conversations are focused on helping you better understand what your teen may be experiencing internally, even when it isn’t fully visible on the outside.
We can also explore practical ways to respond that support connection, reduce conflict, and help your teen feel more understood and less alone in what they’re going through.
The goal isn’t to add more pressure to parenting, it’s to give you clearer insight and tools that make things feel more manageable at home.

Navigating anxiety, stress, or emotional challenges in your child or teen
Managing behavioral difficulties, emotional outbursts, or family conflict
School-related concerns, including academic pressure, motivation, and transitions
Supporting children through social challenges, friendships, and peer relationships
Parenting through major life changes or family stressors
Understanding and responding to neurodivergence, sensory sensitivities, or emotional regulation difficulties
Parenting doesn't come with a roadmap, and even the most thoughtful parents can find themselves wondering how best to support their child through difficult moments.
Parent support sessions provide a space to step back, make sense of what's happening beneath the surface, and develop practical strategies that align with your family's values. Together, we focus on strengthening connection, increasing confidence, and helping you feel more equipped to navigate challenges as they arise.
Therapy for
Children & Teens
-
Support for high-achieving kids and adolescents navigating anxiety, pressure, and emotional overwhelm. Sessions focus on helping them feel more grounded, develop coping tools, and better understand what they’re experiencing beneath the surface.
I work with elementary, middle, high school, and college students who are high achieving, capable, and often deeply motivated, but carrying a lot of internal pressure underneath that.
From the outside, things may look “fine.” But internally, it can feel like constant stress, overthinking, or feeling like it’s never quite enough.

-
Performance anxiety (tests, sports, academics, presentations)
Generalized anxiety and chronic stress
Panic symptoms
Burnout and emotional overwhelm
Adjustment challenges (new schools, friendships, academic transitions, college process)
For many teens, therapy becomes a space where they don’t have to perform, explain, or hold everything together. We slow things down, make sense of what’s happening internally, and build tools that actually fit their real life, not just school expectations.
Therapy for Adults
-
For high-functioning adults who appear to be managing life well on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or mentally exhausted beneath the surface.
Therapy focuses on reducing mental noise, understanding longstanding patterns, and developing a more sustainable way of living and working. Together, we explore the factors contributing to anxiety, burnout, and the emotional burden of always feeling "on."
Many of my clients work in demanding environments, including technology, healthcare, law, finance, and other high-performance fields. They are often capable, driven, and successful, yet carry a level of fatigue that rest alone doesn't seem to resolve. My goal is to help clients find greater clarity, balance, and resilience without sacrificing what matters most to them.

Chronic anxiety and overthinking
Burnout and work related stress
Perfectionism and internal pressure
Difficulty “turning off” mentally
Life and career transitions
Many clients describe feeling like their mind never fully quiets down. They find themselves replaying conversations, anticipating future outcomes, or staying in problem-solving mode long after the workday ends. Even during moments of rest, their thoughts continue scanning for what needs attention next.
Therapy is a space to step out of that cycle, understand what’s driving it, and build a way of functioning that feels more sustainable over time.
